Your sleep is more than a score

Sleep Tracker Reality Check

A low sleep score or a tiny deep-sleep bar can make a decent night feel like a failure. Put the device’s estimate alongside your own experience, daytime functioning, and patterns over time.

This tool does not connect to your device. Answer a few questions to build a practical perspective and an editable summary.

Estimates need context. Consumer sleep-stage charts and wellness scores are not a sleep study. Some devices have specific authorized health features; those features have their own instructions and limitations. A reassuring score does not rule out a sleep disorder.
Symptoms come first. Seek emergency help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, fainting, or another medical emergency. If you’re struggling to stay awake while driving, stop safely and arrange another ride.

For adults. This educational tool does not diagnose a condition, calculate a medical risk score, or verify a tracker’s accuracy. Your entries are not sent or saved by this tool. Save your summary before leaving; your browser may restore form entries. Clear the page on shared devices.

1. What caught your attention?

Numbers are included in your summary as reported. This tool does not grade stage percentages, interpret oxygen readings, or calculate accuracy.

2. How are you actually doing?

3. Add a little context

Your editable summary
