Why We're Building These Tools

A sleep tracker can estimate how long you slept, but it may not explain why you're tired. An article can describe possible causes, but it may not help you decide which questions matter in your situation.

MySleepPilot aims to bridge that gap with understandable information, practical questions, and realistic next steps.

Our approach: We won't pretend a smartwatch is a medical sleep study, promise a supplement will cure insomnia, or treat a single night's sleep score as a diagnosis. When the evidence is uncertain, we'll say so.
