MySleepPilot is an educational website. You can read its pages without creating an account or entering personal information into a form.
If you email us
When you write to questions@mysleeppilot.com, your email address, message, and any information you include are delivered through email services. We may use the message to read your feedback, consider future topics, correct a page, and respond when possible.
Please do not send medical records, test results, or sensitive health details. Email is not a secure channel for a personal medical consultation, and MySleepPilot does not provide diagnosis or individual treatment advice by email.
If you want to ask about an email you previously sent, write to the same address. Include enough context for us to find the message; you do not need to repeat private health details.
When you visit the site
The HTML pages created for MySleepPilot do not include an account system, an on-site contact form, advertising scripts, or an analytics script. Standard web hosting may process technical information needed to deliver pages and maintain the service, such as a device's IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time.
We link to outside sources, including health organizations. If you follow an external link, that site has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking
The current MySleepPilot page code does not set a cookie or use a third-party tracking script. Browser, hosting, or future site features may change what technical information is processed. We will revise this page when we add features that materially change these practices.
How information may be handled
Email and hosting providers necessarily process information to deliver their services. We may also need to disclose information if required by law or to address a security issue. We do not publish a reader's message or personal details on the site without asking first.
Your choice: Reading the site does not require an email. If you decide to write, share only what you are comfortable sending by ordinary email.

As MySleepPilot grows, we may add features or change how the site operates. We will update this page and its “Last updated” date when the description changes.
